| It is not often that I vacate in the Tropics. Mostly because I tend to have problems with the heat, but also because there rarely are mountains to climb close to the Equator. One of the rare exceptions was in the autumn of 2005, when I flew in to Singapore to participate in the annual UIAA General Assembly. |
