| At the age of 12, I went on my first travel to a foreign country in 1975, when I with the rest of my family spent a part of the long school summer holidays in a rented hut in Valdres in Norway. To me, it was quite interesting to see with my own eyes what was beyond the frontiers of Denmark. We were driving on the night train to Oslo, continuing by train to Fagernes, a town which at that time still had train connection with Oslo. |
