| Spring has quite a few extended weekends, and if you extend one of them with a few more days and a rental car you have a good opportunity to make a nice little trip to the Alps over the weekend. Like in this Ascension where I with Tom, Christian and Jacob flew to Milan after work to climb a few mountains in the Gran Paradiso. It was midnight when we arrived at the roadhead in Pont, but the terrace of the local restaurant served as the perfect bivi site. |
