I bought my first pair of Converse Chucks All-Stars in the start of the 80s, at a time when they also were in fashion. Very soon this first pair became several pairs, and in 2003 I bought my 16. pair of Converses. With time I had had many good experiences using Converse Hi-tops in the mountains, and those I bought in 2003 I decided to use solely for my mountain- and hiking trips. Of course they should not be spared, and as a demonstration of this I bought these Optical White shoes so that all use and abuse would be shown clearly on them.
