| Ayers Rock, or Uluru, as the place is called in the indegenous Aboriginal language, has obviously given its name to this place, and this enormous rock can be seen from far away. And even from the resort it is clear to see that it is a quite big rock, as you even can see it at the distance of 15 kilometres. Therefore it is understandable that this rock is regarded as sacred by the indigenous population. |
