| In this early summer I had asked for an early summer vacation to visit my friend David a.k.a. Maxcita in Ottawa, Canada. Because after my travel to Australia the year before, where I had finished Sydney Marathon, David was of the opinion that I also ought to run Ottawa Marathon, where start and finish of that race was only three blocks away from the place he lived. And a visit to Ottawa would give me a good opportunity to get him better to know, as so far we had only been in contact per mail. |
